Refunds

 

PTLL merchandise purchased from our store is non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns or refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please email info@pghtoys.org with a picture of the damaged product and your order information within 14 days of product delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

PTLL merchandise purchased from our store is fulfilled by our print providers via Printify. We offer free shipping for all merchandise purchased through our store. It generally takes 5 to 10 business days for orders to be delivered. However, delivery might be slower during peak periods (e.g. Nov/Dec). PTLL has no control over the shipping time since fulfillment is handled by our print providers at Printify.
