Parties at the PTLL
The toy library is a fabulous place for any gathering that includes young children! We're known as a great birthday party location, but we're also a great spot for many different kinds of parties and meet-ups. Both members and non-members can book parties at the PTLL.
Party rentals are available on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. We only schedule one party per day. Your rental fee includes exclusive use of the space for 5 hours on Friday or 7 hours on Saturday/Sunday. No one but your group will be in the play space. Bring your own food, cake, and decorations. We've got enough toys to keep any kid interested for hours...and our long rental period allows you to take your time with set up and clean up.
Volunteer members receive a 50% party discount, and non-volunteer members receive a 25% party discount. Lending members are not eligible for a party discount. In addition to the rental fee, we collect a refundable deposit to help ensure that you and your guests take care to leave our space in the condition that you found it. To receive the Member price, families must be Members for two months before the requested party rental date and have been trained.
Friday Parties
The play space is yours from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Volunteer members pay $50.00 (plus a $50.00 refundable deposit).
Non-volunteer members pay $75.00 (plus a $50.00 refundable deposit).
Non-members & Lending pay $100.00 (plus a $70.00 refundable deposit).
Saturday/Sunday Parties
The play space is yours from 1:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Volunteer members pay $75.00 (plus a $50.00 refundable deposit).
Non-volunteer members pay $110.00 (plus a $50.00 refundable deposit).
Non-members & Lending members pay $150.00 (plus a $70.00 refundable deposit).
Booking 6 months in advance for Volunteer Members, 4 months for Non-volunteer members, and 3 months for non-members!
